CABES is implemented by a consortium comprising the Center for Development Research (ZEF), University of Bonn, CoKnow Consulting, UNEP-WCMC, HoA-REC&N–Addis Ababa University, WASCAL, Université Félix-Houphouët-Boigny (CEA-CCBAD), and the University of Lubumbashi. The initiative is supported by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMUKN).
