The Horn of Africa Regional Environment Centre and Network, Addis Ababa University (HoA-REC&N-AAU) is a peculiar regional organization established to bridge the gap between policy, knowledge, and practice in environmental matters of the Horn of Africa region. The organization is serving as a regional multi-stakeholder platform of knowledge exchange whereby academia, policy-decision makers, and practitioners convene to promote environmental conservation and natural resources management as well as facilitating collaboration, strengthening, and advocating for sustainable development and environmental governance across the Horn of Africa.
HoA-REC&N-AAU has been using SAP Business One ERP system for its Finance and Logistics operations. Currently, the Centre is seeking to engage a qualified firm/agent for the upgrade and customization of the SAP Business One system. The current system is version 9.3 and we are looking to upgrade and customize to the latest version of SAP Business One, which is 10.x.
HoA-REC&N-AAU invites potential and licensed SAP agent (firm) who conduct the upgrade and customize of the existing SAP Business One to the latest version as per the detail indicated in the Terms of Reference. Interested eligible service providers (firms) may obtain a complete set of bidding document prepared in English Language up on payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (two hundred) at the address below from 8.30 AM to 5.00PM from Monday to Friday.
Bidders shall submit sealed original & copy of technical and financial proposals separately marked with the official stamp of the company to the address stated below on or before 22 April 2024 at 3:00 PM. The envelopes containing the proposals should be clearly marked as original and copy on its cover. Late bid shall not be acceptable.
Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 22 April 2024 at 3:10 PM. at the address below.
HoA-REC&N-AAU reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
