As part of the re-launching of the Ethiopia Rural Energy Development and Promotion Center (EREDPC), a three-day exhibition was organized by MoWIE (Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity) and ECCA (Ethiopian Clean Cooking Alliance). As a member, HoAREC&N was invited by ECCA to exhibit our energy-related activities and services at the event.

The exhibition was attended by state Ministers and Directors of MoWIE, Regional Administrative administrators, Regional Energy Bureaus, the line Ministries, Research institutes, Academia, Development partners, the private sector, international partners, the media and the general public. The event provided an excellent opportunity to share HoAREC&Ns vision, activities and success stories from implemented energy projects to a wide range of partners and stakeholders from representing public and private entities. Specially, the carbon neutral coffee project (Oromia cookstove distribution project) has attracted the attention of most visitors. National and international visitors showed interest to work with HoAREC&N on renewable energy use and energy efficiency.
