Environmental Partnership Programme One of the main programme components of the Center, is the partnership programme. This is aimed at stimulating and facilitating partnerships between academia and the private sector and/or civil society organizations in order to implement environment related projects, particularly to kick start activities on the ground in a joint, multidisciplinary manner. The HoA-REC can support organizations to undertake joint activities both in terms of project development as well as funding support. The HoA-REC (modest) funding can thereby also be used to leverage funding for scaling up interventions. Since the establishment of the Center several partnership programmes have taken off. |
